  1. The following is a list of changes between versions of 8K, this
  2. list is to the best of my knowledge :-)

  7. 072997    -Added copy/cut -> paste of multiple channels in memory window
  8.     -Updated the help file a little (it's like commenting code - yuk!)
  9.     -Changed the look of the splash screen
  10.     -Added the ability to have multiple memory windows open
  11.      at the same time (you can cut and paste between them) 
  12.      -Added a close option on the file menu 
  13.      -Added a print option (memory,search,band plan)
  14.      -Added easier modification of bandplan (cool) 
  15.      -Added ability to change what the blocked frequencies are
  16.      (idea from AOR news post from Philip Edwards)

  27. 031297  -Added a Search Window - you can select the banks you wish
  28.          to search and start the search from 8K, you can open from 
  29.          the scanner menu or from the new Search button on the toolbar
  30.         -Added Power Save delay and Power Save cycle to Options so
  31.          you can adjust them from 8K
  32.         -Fixed the 'Skip' button on the Scan window so now it acts
  33.          as if you turned the dial on the top of the scanner (thanks
  34.          to Steve Jenson)
  35.         -Started using little up/down buttons on options window
  36.          instead of the slider bar.

  39. 030797  -Borrowed the frequency change window to make the new manual
  40.          tune feature a little less manual :-)  Addressed a bug in the
  41.          AOR (not 8K) code that is not properly updating channels as
  42.          being set to pass.  Add the ability to right click 
  43.          (and hold) on the frequency change buttons in manual tune 
  44.          to rapidly change the frequency.

  47. 030697  -Added a manual tune window.  You can open the manual tune
  48.          window by either the scanner menu or the new button on the
  49.          tool bar.

  52. 022497  -Tweaked the memory and search banks windows a bit more...
  53.         -Added the ability to Cut, Paste, and Copy whole channels

  58.          windows, I hope this will fix the 'moving' search window.  I
  59.          had never seen this happen, but was reported by two people.

  62. 021897  -Fixed a bug that would somtimes not let you upload when there
  63.          were several empty channels followed by some populated ones.
  64.          (happened when I started deleting empty channel on upload)

  67. 021797 -Added a delete channel option from the right mouse popup menu
  68.        -When a bank is uploaded and some of the channels are marked EMPTY,
  69.         they will now be DELETED on the scanner side during the upload - 
  70.         they were not being deleted before
  71.        -Also added an option to have 8K warn when deleting channels, it
  72.         is on be default
  73.        -Added dialog box to ask user to press the LOCAL key after a 
  74.         memory dump (no other way to get out)

  79. 121196 -The 'Save All file' option was not showing up all the time
  80.         (Thanks to Neil Bell again)
  81.        -The right mouse button no longer works when upload/downloading
  82.         (or when ever the menu is off for that matter)
  83.        -Found an instance when the 'window' menu option was not being
  84.         properly updated, fixed
  85.        -Added a yellow light!
  86.        -Upload all banks is now working
  87.        -The delay for uploading is now the using the COM delay
  88.        -Changed the text in the close COM port dialog box
